Located in the City of Sacramento, the Stockton Boulevard Partnership (SBP) is a collaborative effort of property and business owners along Stockton Boulevard working to address issues impacting the business corridor. The mission of the SBP is to advocate on behalf of property and business owners in matters of public policy and economic development; to implement programs that improve security, safety, cleanliness, and positively impact the public image of the Stockton Boulevard Business corridor.
