The Florin Road Partnership (FRP) provides leadership service and programs to improve the image and economic vitality of the Florin Road Business District. Established 1997 in an attempt to revitalize the struggling shopping corridor along Florin Road, FRP is proud to be the oldest PBID on a commercial corridor in California, and one of the oldest in the Sacramento area.
